## Job description

### 岗位职责 1、作业效率

分模式队伍、分层级制定实施作业效率、人产提升策略； 2、作业调度：作业派工、统筹全国生产调度，推动结案率、赔付时效持续提升。

### 任职资格 1、学历及专业

本科及以上学历优先，经济金融、数据统计及计算机相关专业优先； 2、工作经验及能力：
- 对保险及相关金融行业有较为全面的理解，具备财产险理赔相关项目咨询经验者优先；
- 对数据具有较高的敏感性及理解力，具备良好的结构化思维；
- 具有较强的文字表达及报告撰写能力，能熟练使用PPT等办公工具。
