## Job description

### 岗位职责 1）客户拓展与关系管理

负责B端保司企业客户线下开拓，直接对接保司渠道、企业HR等关键决策人 2）设计活动方案并执行：输出标准化运营SOP手册，协调区域服务团队资源并制定考核、激励机制 3）汇报及营销材料设计：定期总结经验，完成汇报材料；基于营销方案，制作营销素材及物料 4）服务流程管理：收集客户反馈并提炼产品优化需求，联动技术团队提升B端使用体验 任职资格 1）硬性门槛：3年+医疗/保险行业B端运营经验，有客情资源及成功项目案例 2）核心能力：结果导向、狼性开拓力、强执行力、数据思维 加分项： 1）有头部商保公司或医疗支付公司背景 2）擅长线下企业活动及运营 3）自带医院协会、医保联盟等行业资源
