## Job description

### 岗位职责 1，客户咨询与服务

深入了解客户需求，借助集团独具优势的医疗健康服务和养老布局，深入了解客户需求，为客户量身定制个性化的保险方案； 2，客户关系管理：建立并维护良好的客户关系，定期回访客户，了解客户需求的变化； 3，市场拓展与营销：积极参与公司组织的各类市场拓展与营销活动，提升品牌知名度，吸引潜在客户； 4，团队协作与培训：与团队成员紧密合作，共同推动个人及团队发展；同时，参与内部培训，不断提升自身的专业素养和服务能力。

### 任职资格 1，有寿险销售经验优先，本科及以上学历优先，财经，金融，教培、医学，护理等相关专业优先； 2、专业技能

具备良好的沟通能力，客户服务意识和团队合作精神； 3、责任心强，学习能力强，具备职业发展主动性或拥有自我驱动力。
