## Job description

岗位职责
- 养老险、银行等专业子公司业务拓展及其客户全流程服务
- 保险业务出单和批改等基础作业
- 养老险及银行业务部对接、标准活动量执行、客户信息收集
- 渠道营销活动策划、行销支持及销售推动。 任职资格
- 大学本科及以上学历；
- 掌握保险及金融知识，了解公司业务运作体系；
- 具备良好的数据挖掘及数据运用能力；
- 具备良好的沟通能力、亲和力；
- 熟悉团金渠道业务推动模式，同时具备较强的沟通协调组织能力和完成任务的意识，以及较强的文案编写能力；
- 一年及以上核保经验优先；
