## Job description

岗位职责
- 接待前来咨询和报销大病费用的客户；
- 收取大病、意外的报销资料，仔细核实，并录入系统；

### 案件审批
- 主要包括排除第三方责任以及违法违规导致出险的案件；
- 维护好医院医保科关系；
- 上级领导安排的其他工作； 任职资格
- 大专及以上学历，医学相关专业背景优先；
- 熟悉医保政策，对医疗行为有较强的敏感度；
- 具备良好的服务意识且有良好的沟通能力、协调能力以及亲和力；
