## Job description

岗位职责

### 健康评估与诊断
- 通过功能医学评估工具（如实验室检测、问卷调查、体格检查等），全面评估客户的健康状况，准确解读功能医学检测报告，识别潜在的健康风险因素，发现亚健康状态、慢性疾病早期征兆、疾病潜在根源；

### 诊疗方案制定与实施
- 根据健康评估和诊断结果，制定个性化的诊疗方案，包括营养干预、生活方式干预、运动计划、心理支持、中医理疗等，向客户细致解释方案内容和预期效果，定期跟踪方案执行情况；

### 健康管理与随访
- 为客户提供全方位的健康管理服务，制定长期健管计划，定期跟踪患者的健康状况和治疗效果，根据患者反馈和检测结果，动态调整治疗方案；

### 健康教育与咨询
- 向客户及其家属提供健康教育，普及功能医学知识，帮助其理解健康问题及改善方法，提供一对一健康咨询，解答客户的疑问，指导其进行健康管理；参与健康讲座、健康沙龙等活动，向公众普及功能医学知识及健康生活方式；

### 多学科协作
- 与营养师、心理咨询师、康复师等多学科团队合作，为客户提供全面的健康支持，与检验/影像等医技科室合作，确保结果准确性，与市场、客服等部门保持良好沟通，为市场推广提供专业医学支持。 任职资格 1.临床内科学或全科医学专业，本科及以上学历，主治及以上职称，具备医师资格证书及执业证书； 2.5年以上临床工作经验，有功能医学、健康管理、慢病、长寿医学经验者，熟悉功能医学理论及实践，了解相关检测技术及治疗手段，并具有客户经营、转化经验者优先； 3.掌握功能医学评估工具及治疗方法，能够独立完成患者的健康评估与治疗方案制定，具备良好的沟通能力，能够与患者及多学科团队有效协作，熟悉营养学、运动医学、心理学等相关知识，能够提供综合性的健康建议； 4.具有较强的学习能力和创新意识，能够快速掌握功能医学领域的最新技术和理念，具备良好的职业道德和责任心，注重医患关系的建立与维护； 5.具备良好的团队协作精神、沟通能力和亲和力。
