## Job description

岗位职责
- 擁有商業、金融或相關領域的學士學位;
- 熟悉銀行保險產品和相關行業的情況；
- 具備強大的分析能力，能夠解讀數據並做出數據驅動的決策;
- 出色的溝通和人際交往能力;
- 有5年以上的在香港及內地銀行、金融機構、保險經紀人或保險公司監管級別的銀行保險運營經驗。 任职资格 1..與產品開發和設計團隊合作，創建增強客戶滿意度的功能; 2.制定並實施通過數位管道提高客戶參與度和留存率的策略； 3.熟悉開展銀保業務，推進保險產品銷售，執行相關部門戰略和業務計劃，推動行銷方案，優化銷售準備和運營工作； 4.跟進銀保業務發展並提供相關解決方案。(具良好溝通技巧，能與銀行保持良好關係）。
