岗位职责
- 负责机构销售组织的设立、合并、撤销的申请和操作；
- 负责EGIS系统运用及日常维护；
- 负责销售人员月度薪资及年度奖金的核发；
- 负责机构增员招聘、队伍稳定、骨干业务员的留存工作；
- 领导交办的其它工作。 任职资格 1.本科以上学历，有1-3年队伍管理岗工作经验，
