## Job description

岗位职责
- 制订续保经营策略以及相关路径，并协助分公司落地；
- 统筹续保以及各机构业务目标的制订以及分解；
- 各机构业务目标追踪、过程管理、专项追踪；
- 寿个续日常经营分析，品质管理；
- 完成上级领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，保险、金融、市场营销、经济专业以及医学背景者优先；
- 具备3及以上健康险行业工作经验，其中两年以上渠道业务推动和项目运作工作经验；
- 具备较强的学习能力，数据分析能力以及报告撰写能力。
