## Job description

### 岗位职责 工作职责
- 团体业务相关核保操作系统需求的整理与提交，对核保资料、数据进行统计分析，核保报价；
- 负责配合总部对所在地医保政策，行业竞争情况进行调研，并制定报价策略；
- 持续改进和优化不同渠道、不同产品、不同目标细分市场的核保和承保流程；
- 与机构、渠道建立合理的沟通机制，了解机构或者渠道需求并主动提出解决方案；
- 领导交办的其他工作。

### 任职资格 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，医学、保险学、精算专业等相关专业优先；
- 有3年以上核保项目相关经验；
- 具备并掌握风险管控、产能管控、利润管控等专业能力和工具方法；
- 熟稔监管政策，接受过合规系统培训；
- 具备职业经理人必备的办公化逻辑输出和能力结构；
- 细心严谨、心态开放、有责任心。
