## Job description

岗位职责
- 主导数据库架构设计，制定高可用、容灾、分库分表等方案，适配业务高并发/大数据量场景；
- 优化数据库性能（查询、存储、事务），解决慢查询、锁竞争等问题，推动自动化运维工具落地；
- 主导故障根因分析及应急响应，完善备份/恢复/迁移策略，保障数据零丢失；
- 制定数据库开发规范，评审SQL与架构方案，指导研发团队提升数据库使用效率；
- 主导AIOps在数据库运维领域的体系建设与使用，结合AI实现数据库SQL自动审核调优、分布式数据库调优、高可用切换等典型功能； 任职资格 1、8年以数据库运维经验或3年以上数据库架构设计经验，精通至少1种主流数据库（MySQL/Oracle/TD/OB/TiDB等），熟悉分布式数据库特性； 2、具备复杂业务场景下的数据库设计、调优实战经验（如亿级数据量、万级QPS），有非关系数据库（如REDIS/MongoDB等）经验优先； 3、熟悉数据库底层原理（存储引擎、索引、事务隔离），掌握Linux、监控（Prometheus）及自动化运维工具； 4、逻辑清晰，沟通高效，能推动跨团队协作落地技术方案，有TDCE、OBCE、TCE证书优先； 5、有常见AIOps应用场景的落地经验，可有效将大模型、Agent技术融合到数据库架构运维体系中，并推进运维效率和准确度的有效提升；
