## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责制定并执行财富管理产品的销售计划；
- 负责维护和拓展渠道关系，确保销售渠道的稳定性和增长性；
- 负责推广和销售财富管理产品，完成销售目标；
- 负责与渠道合作伙伴进行沟通和协调，解决销售过程中出现的问题；
- 负责收集和分析市场反馈，提出产品优化和销售策略建议；
- 负责完成公司规定的销售报告和数据分析工作。 任职资格
- 最好具备渠道销售经验，熟悉财富管理相关产品；
- 具备良好的沟通能力和客户关系维护能力；
- 具备一定的市场分析能力和销售策略制定能力；
- 具备团队协作精神，能够与团队成员有效配合；
- 具备学习能力，能够快速掌握新产品知识。
