## Job description

岗位职责 1、主动开拓个人客户，深入挖掘客户在银行、保险、投资等方面的综合金融需求，帮助客户规划资产配置，持续提升客户管理资产规模。 2、为客户提供一站式金融服务支持，协调集团内各专业公司资源，推动保险、理财、贷款等产品合理配置，实现客户价值与公司效益双赢。 任职资格
- 具备1年以上相关工作经验；
- 无不良从业记录，具备良好的职业道德和风险合规意识，能严格执行公司各项规章制度。
- 抗压能力强，愿意持续学习金融产品知识与服务技能，能通过年度合规培训与岗位考核，保持专业能力持续达标。
