## Job description

岗位职责
- 深入了解人事数据，通过数据分析、市场对标等方法洞察、预测问题，并提出可落地的人事管理建议；
- 通过数据挖掘，分析员工管理背后的规律和底层逻辑，构建相关模型和指标体系，如人才成长指标、晋升涨薪机制、离职预测等；
- 建立HR BI数据产品，如人员流动仪表盘、团队管理仪表盘等，持续用工具赋能HR和内部管理者，提升团队管理的效率和质量。 任职资格 1、3年以上数据挖掘经验，人力资源方向相关数据分析工作经验优先，商业分析、数据、统计等相关专业优先； 2、擅长使用统计学工具如SPSS、STATA等进行方差、回归、聚类等建模分析；或者熟练使用其他助力于数据挖掘的工具均可； 3、具备强逻辑推理能力，数据驱动的故事讲述和可视化技能；优秀的人际关系、沟通和协作技能力等
