## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责制定整体风控体系框架及流程，拟定风险管理流程和风险管理制度；
- 负责定期对业务部门工作合规性的检查与管理，监控各类业务风险的分析及防范措施的制定；
- 参与风险审批和风险定价、参与评估产品风险，根据具体情况提出风险规范建议并提出风险预警。
- 客户群体与行为特征深入挖掘分析，提升优质客户资产占比；
- 负责信贷政策在全流程风险管控中的落地，确保系统对信贷政策的正确应用。 任职资格 1.硕士及以上学历学位，经济学、金融或统计类专业； 2.3年以上金融相关行业信贷政策制定、风险策略管理经验； 3.精通金融信贷业务、风险管理基础知识和银行、汽车金融信贷管理知识； 4.

### 精通Excel、PPT、WORD等办公软件，能够熟练使用数据分析工具（Eg

SAS Python Excel VBA）; 5.思维敏锐，具备一定的数据分析能力、逻辑思维能力、对内外组织沟通能力、执行能力和团队精神；有诚信、愿意分享和承担责任，勇于探索与坚持创新。
