## Job description

岗位职责
- 对接综金产品方，在产品部门支持下，开展渠道的产品宣导、培训；
- 牵头综金业务推动，负责业务规划、模式落地，赋能机构打粮食；
- 做好总分沟通，确保业务目标达成，总结推广成熟模式经验；
- 领导安排的其它工作。 任职资格

### 经历及能力要求
- （1）2年及以上业务、机构推动经验，有综金业务推动经验者优先； （2）具备组织协调、跨部门沟通能力；具备较强的文字表达及报告能力者优先；

### 考核要求
- 原则上，要求近两年年底考核排名结果一年40%/一年70%（不分先后），如有特别优秀者可特殊考虑；

### 学历
- 本科及以上学历；

### 合规
- 近一年无警告及以上处罚，近5年无直接责任的诚信问题。
