## Job description

岗位职责
- 推进总分行联动，确保总行战略在分行落地；
- 跟踪目标执行，通过数据洞察、沟通调研等，及时发现业务推进中的异动，做好问题预警，推进解决问题，形成销售推动的闭环管理；
- 推进指定分行差异化产品政策及营销活动方案；
- 负责跟踪业务过程管理，包括但不限于日常活动量、项目进展、目标达成等。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，经济、金融、财务、管理相关专业优先； 2、２年以上银行相关工作经验，具备银行零售经验者优先； 3、具备较强的统筹协调能力和数据洞察分析能力； 4、执行力强，无不良从业记录。
