## Job description

### 岗位职责 1．业务拓展

进行企业业务、政保业务、委托业务开拓，具有直销或中介渠道开拓能力； 2．渠道关系维护：建立与客户或中介、代理、经纪渠道的良好关系； 3．产品支持：提供健康险各类产品咨询及保险政策解读； 4．上级主管安排的其他工作。 任职资格

### 学历要求
- 大学本科（含自考）及以上学历，特别优秀者可放宽至大专。具有保险公司直销经验，医学背景优先。

### 工作经验
- 具备5年及以上团体保险直销或中介销售经验，有团体保险销售总监、销售经理等职位经验者优先考虑；

### 技能要求
- 具备良好的市场分析、营销策略制定和执行能力，能够完成销售任务；

### 素质要求
- 具备强烈的责任心和团队合作精神，能够承受一定的工作压力。同时，要具备优秀的人际沟通能力，能够协调各方资源，推动销售业务的发展；
