## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责分行普惠业务整体推动，完成总行下达任务，监管考核达标，以及内外部各项涉及普惠报告、报表报送；
- 研究总行普惠政策、产品，结合区域市场、客户，设计普惠业务推动方案，指引普惠业务方向，赋能经营单位；
- 对经营单位和客户经理进行普惠业务培训。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 有2年以上普惠或公司业务相关工作经验；
- 具备良好的需求洞察、产品方案设计、问题解决能力，有学习热情和创新意识；
- 具备危机意识，认可平安企业文化，有良好的职业道德、敬业精神和服务一线意识，无不良从业记录。
