## Job description

岗位职责
- 经营重点客群，推动AUM、LUM、信用卡业务。通过圈子经营、培训宣导、营销活动、面谈沟通等方式，线上线下相结合，达成业绩指标、通过考核；
- 推动协调银行经营平台和队伍，包括线上经营平台、网点、理财经理、金融顾问、个贷队伍，共同协助重客服务好客户；
- 做好重客客群的银行服务，促进其体验及使用银行的产品及功能，提升其满意度；
- 通过宣导俱乐部业务（含俱乐部品牌、权益、产品、激励方案等）招募有意愿的潜力会员，同时推动会员实现新获客、存量客户提升；
- 遵守各项法律、法规、制度，落实合规及风险管理工作要求，严格控制风险，确保MGM业务健康发展；
- 完成上级交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 熟悉基本财务会计知识，具有渠道工作经验或渠道资源者优先；
- 沟通及表达能力佳，具备较好的抗压能力、团队协作意识与工作态度；
- 有良好的的职业道德，无严重违规违纪及不良从业记录。
