## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责平安各App固定广告位全品类投放素材审核（含图片、文案、视频、落地页等），依据广告法、金融行业监管要求及公司内部合规规范，把控素材合规性与信息准确性，保障素材上线质量
- 按排期完成日常素材审核任务，把控审核时效，保障广告素材按时过审、正常上线
- 汇总高频违规问题，持续沉淀审核标准，降低素材拒审、驳回与违规风险，针对违规点提出优化建议，提升审核效率与准确率
- 负责对接各业务运营、BI、产品、智推、合规等团队，制定审核要求与标准，解答素材投放相关疑问，保障广告投放链路顺畅 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，至少3年广告/内容素材审核经验，熟悉广告法及金融广告合规红线（保险/银行/财富类），对金融类素材违规风险敏感度高；了解平安各业务线产品逻辑、站内资源位审核流程者优先
- 严谨细致、原则性强，具备良好的问题识别与复盘总结能力
- 良好沟通协同能力，责任心强，能稳定达成审核产能与质量指标
