## Job description

岗位职责
- 统筹部门日常工作，包括但不限于人员管理、预算管理、经营绩效分析；
- 组织市场营销工作，代表分行业务条线开拓合作客户，签约合作伙伴，统筹分行业务条线市场营销、产品推广工作；
- 统筹客户服务、客群经营工作、及时检视下属相关职能科室工作情况，结合实际问题提出改进策略；
- 统筹部门培训、负责部门人员招聘、人员考评及人才梯队建设；
- 协调与各部门的工作关系，完成总行与分行交办的工作任务。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历； 2、具有互联网金融经验优先。
