## Job description

岗位职责
- 熟练掌握银行业务知识、业务流程，为个人和对公客户办理账户、支付结算等运营业务，确保业务处理准确、及时与完整。
- 严格执行国家各项法规制度与监管政策，严格履行银行各项规章制度和业务规则，防范风险，确保各项业务合规运营。
- 识别并满足客户业务需求，及时为客户提供高效优质的服务，协助处理客户投诉，自觉维护银行的品牌形象。
- 根据客户需求，为客户提供对公、零售各类产品服销支持，不断提升客户在我行的总资产。
- 积极参加运营/服务/服销等培训及考试，提高业务素质和业务处理综合能力。 任职资格

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历。

### 工作经验
- 有金融从业经验、柜面操作经验者优先。

### 专业能力
- 熟练使用电脑及办公软件，良好的语言表达能力。

### 素质要求
- 有服务意识，责任心强，积极认真，抗压力强，思维敏捷，善于沟通，目标导向。

### 其他
- 认同平安文化，具备良好的职业操守和合规意识，无违法违规行为和不良从业记录。
