## Job description

岗位职责
- 收集分析案件（风险）信息，组织信息报送和案件调查处置，开展案件警示教育培训；
- 组织员工行为风险排查、利益冲突管理，统筹开展合规建设年等合规制式化工作，实施员工风险行为监测处理与评估；
- 开展反洗钱相关工作检查、培训、宣导等工作；
- 协助推进纪委开展项目调查、问责处罚及各类纪委制式化工作；
- 制定并完善本单位廉政建设及防腐倡廉相关方案并组织落实，开展监督检查，受理违规违纪检举申诉等相关案件；
- 落实监管部门及本行要求的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，法律、计算机、会计、金融专业以及取得法律职业资格证书者优先；
- 具有高度的责任感、逻辑分析能力及风险意识，有团队合作精神和良好的沟通能力、抗压能力；
- 熟练掌握办公软件，有一定的写作文字功底；
- 吃苦耐劳、责任心强，工作积极主动，为人正直，品行端正；
- 有银行从业经验者优先。
