## Job description

岗位职责

### 医学培训与课件开发
- 开发医学知识课件，为代理人提供疾病科普、诊疗趋势等培训，提升团队专业素养。

### 销售医学支持
- 解答代理人展业中的医学问题，协助体检报告解读、健康匹配建议，助力精准销售，推动代理人完成保费任务达成。

### 理赔医学协助
- 从医学角度协助理解核保理赔规则，支持客户沟通与纠纷处理，提升满意度。

### 行业动态追踪
- 关注医疗健康前沿信息，提炼销售价值点，转化为展业工具或科普内容，推动健康险业务持续增长。

### 跨部门协作
- 配合产品、市场等部门，优化健康险产品设计及客户活动，增强获客与服务能力。

### 领导交办的其他工作
- 完成上级领导安排的其他相关任务，确保部门目标的实现。 任职资格 1、45周岁以内优先，本科以上学历优先，要求具备领悟融会、创新变革的能力； 2、医护相关专业，拥有医疗、健康或保险行业经验者优先，熟悉健康险市场与客户需求优先； 3、热爱医疗健康领域，对保险销售充满热情，具备良好的团队合作精神、出色的沟通表达能力优先； 4、有保险销售支持、销售推动工作经验者优先； 5、持续学习医疗与保险行业最新知识，不断提升个人专业素养。
