## Job description

岗位职责

### 调度执行
- 按公司排班按时出勤，配合公司临时调度、顺延加班和休日返岗安排。

### 服务绩效达成
- 承接IB电话，按标准流程完成服务；根据公司规范，妥善处理接线过程中的复杂投诉案件并及时报备，避免问题升级。

### 经营绩效达成
- 按规范流程，在满足客户需求的基础上，配合公司完成亮灯客户经营，经营内容包含但不限于：分期、备用金、注销挽留；配合公司调度策略，主动经营潜力客户，提升公司经营水平。

### 培训成长
- 配合完成公司下发的培训和考核，主动学习其他拓展知识，来提升个人专业水平和服务/服销技能。

### 工作改善
- 及时主动反馈工作过程中的客户声音、流程/系统优化建议，以便公司及时解决客户问题提升服务口碑。
- 积极执行其他工作政策，完成领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融、保险、市场营销专业优先，本科及以上优先。
- 具有较强的责任心和服务意识，有良好的沟通能力和负面情绪管理能力，快响应客户诉求。
- 工作配合度高，具备较强的抗压能力。
- 认可公司文化和经营导向。
