## Job description

### 岗位职责 工作职责
- 密切消保联动，贯彻落实各项消保制度要求，配合、推进条线消保工作，压实分行消保管理主体责任；常态化对接总行、分行合规、消保条线，做好总分行上下联动、事项沟通、工作落地及全流程闭环管理。
- 统筹客户投诉管理，落实客诉全流程处置，通过投诉督办、检视机制追踪整改业务流程、营销话术、催收作业规范；依托投诉典型案例开展消保专项培训，举一反三赋能各支行、业务条线及投诉处理团队。
- 统筹推进分行案件防控、合规文化培育与宣导落地，按时报送合规、消保管理工作总结；依规组织召开条线案防合规管理委员会会议。
- 完成上级领导交办的其他事项。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融、法律相关专业优先，拥有银行合规风控相关工作经验，熟练掌握消保相关法律法规、监管政策及行业管理规范。
- 熟悉银行业务流程、风险管控体系，具备较强文字表达能力。
- 责任心强、主观能动性高，具备良好沟通协调能力，抗压能力突出，可高效完成高强度、时效性工作任务。
