## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责开拓维护私行及财富客群，保持客户资产规模及取得增长，增加营收、提高客户忠诚度；
- 经营私行及财富客户，不断挖掘和满足客户需求，为其提供个性化的投资建议、财富分析和规划、保障传承分析和规划，促进客户在我行资产提升；
- 积极配合和参与私行团队管理，避免业务冲突，提供合理化建议，保持积极向上的团队氛围；
- 贯彻合规及风控制度要求，提升客户满意度并积极处理客户投诉。 任职资格

### 年龄
- 25 -40周岁；

### 学历
- 本科及以上，高产能人员可放宽至大专；

### 经验
- 2年及以上金融行业营销经验 （不含经代公司）， 保险行业要求从业经验不超过 5年，具备私行理财经理、保险营销、高端客户营销工作经历者优先 ；非金融行业精英。
