## Job description

岗位职责
- 梳理，设计和优化线上综金服务流程体系，定义重要体验指标；
- 推动服务后台人员及系统智能化能力的搭建，主导项目推动落地；
- 落地用户体验常态机制，推进服务体验系统实施；
- 借助内外部调研数据与后台数据发现目前服务内容中存在的体验问题并推动改善，基于现有商品进行创新设计，实现用户服务接触次数增长； 任职资格 1.5年以上互联网用户体验，客户服务规划等工作经营，具金融产品/互联网相关工作经历优先； 2.良好的商业逻辑思维，具备战略规划和问题拆解能力； 3.熟悉定性，定量研究方法展开研究工作； 4.俱敏锐客群需求洞察能力
- 良好的跨部门沟通，协调，推进能力。
