## Job description

岗位职责
- 统筹所在综拓业务维护、业务推动及指标监控和异常短板分析及预警
- 负责机构综拓销售方案策划及管件指标达成，产寿资源整合，系统推广应用
- 统筹与当地寿险及营业区对接，关系维护及产险内部职能沟通 其他落地综拓业务相关项目承接
- 领导交代的其他工作 任职资格 1.本科学历 2.1-3年相关工作经验 3.具有杰出的领悟、规划策划、分析并解决问题能力，杰出的沟通协作、担当精神，杰出的执行力，杰出的结果导向型思维，坚持到底，保证产出，本职外愿意额外承担工作，杰出的抗压耐力，具有丰富的专业知识储备
