## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责固收品种的做市交易工作，包括国债期货、债券ETF、债券等品种；
- 围绕利率债、国债期货、ETF等相关品种开展策略研发，策略方向包括但不限于做市策略、量化策略、主观分析等；
- 其他投资交易相关工作。 任职资格
- 硕士及以上学历，金融/理工科等相关专业；
- 具有1-3年券商、银行、基金等相关工作经验；
- 具备证券从业资格证，至少能熟练使用一种计算机编程语言；
- 有志于从事交易工作，拥有强烈的钻研精神和求知欲望，吃苦耐劳，能够承受投资、交易工作压力。
