## Job description

岗位职责

### 公文与报告撰写
- 负责起草、审核、修订及归档公司各类正式文件、通知、公告等；协助撰写各类工作报告、申报文件等；负责公司重要会议及外部接待等纪要工作；

### 会议及活动组织
- 负责组织和承办公司大型会议活动，策划并组织各类员工服务活动等；
- 负责公司的固定资产、低值易耗品、无形资产等全生命周期文档管理；维护资产相关系统数据；完成资产盘点工作，整理盘点报告、差异说明、盘点影响等材料，确保账实、账册相符。
- 对接财务、行政、各业务部门，提供资产文档查询、核对、统计等支持，按要求出具资产报表与分析材料；
- 建立与优化资产文化管理制度、归档标准、操作流程，提升文档规范性与可追溯性。 任职资格 1.3年以上行政固资相关经验； 2.逻辑思维清晰，精通各类公文写作文种，具备较强的文字驾驭能力； 3.能高效协同内外部资源，具备大型活动组织经验及公务接待经验，精通商务礼仪； 4.抗压能力强，能适应快节奏的工作状态，有创新意识，愿意接受挑战； 5. 具备良好的沟通协调能力，细致耐心，执行力强，有突发事件处理及应变能力。
