## Job description

岗位职责 综拓团队长负责团队的日常管理和团队激励，对所辖综拓经理团队获客、经营与创利的绩效目标达成负责。

### 主要工作职责包括

一、按照综拓的发展战略与规划，制定实施本团队的发展规划。发现和引进优秀的销售人才，确保综拓经理的充足性和稳定性，满足团队建设的需要；

二、全面负责所在团队的业务推动及管理；

### 寿险客群建设
- 指导综拓经理维护好寿险客群，完成团队每月获客、经营与创利业务指标；

### 绩效考核管理
- 执行考核管理办法，指导团队制定年度、月度销售目标和计划，带领综拓经理团队完成各项考核指标，且对综拓经理的晋级、降级有建议权；

### 日常管理
- 负责组织每日晨会和其他会议，开展现场管理，督导综拓经理团队成员完成每日活动量，统计、分析和点评团队销售情况；

### 培训
- 建立并推动训练辅导系统的运作，通过陪同展业、衔接培训、帮带等方式，辅导综拓经理提高业务技能和销售业绩，配合总、分行做好销售培训；

### 业务拓展
- 参与、组织和执行各项业务推动、竞赛、营销活动；结合本团队的实际情况，策划、组织、实施业务开拓活动；

### 投诉处理
- 负责处理所开拓客户各类综拓业务的投诉。

三、贯彻执行各项制度规章，监督业务品质和服务质量。

### 任职资格 1、学历要求

本科及以上学历； 2、3年以上金融从业经验，条件优秀者可适当放宽； 3、需取得个人理财产品销售资格、个贷产品销售资格、代理保险销售资格或保险从业资格，获得移动式FB上岗资质； 4、具有较强的团队建设、市场拓展及营销管理能力，银行和市场营销专业知识，熟悉寿险客户运营、银行各种金融产品及相关业务； 5、具有丰富的实际市场开拓经验，具备较强的市场开拓能力、团队管理及组织能力； 6、具有良好的思想品德和职业道德，爱行敬业、遵纪守法、廉洁自律，有较强的事业心和进取精神。 7、在原就职单位表现良好，无犯罪、重大违法违规或行业不良记录。
