## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责团体企业客户的业务开拓、渠道拓展及维护；
- 按照公司要求完成销售业绩目标，并做好客户相关维护与服务；
- 进行企业客户保险方案设计、参与项目招标、客户宣导等工作。 任职资格 1、2年以上团险业务销售工作经验，具有保险公司直销或经纪公司销售经验者优先，医学背景优先； 2、擅长人际沟通，具备一定的项目策划能力，具有较强的沟通协调与业务推动能力； 3、大学本科及以上学历，形象气质良好。
