## Job description

### 岗位职责 岗位职责
- 负责公司的证券业务管理和运营工作，确保业务的合法合规性；
- 制定并执行证券业务的发展策略和计划，推动业务增长；
- 与相关部门沟通协调，确保证券业务流程顺畅运行；
- 分析市场动态，为公司提供投资决策支持。

### 岗位要求
- 本科及以上学历，金融、经济或相关专业优先；
- 具备3-5年证券行业工作经验，有丰富的证券从业经验；
- 持有证券从业资格证、基金从业资格证、期货从业资格证等专业证书优先；
- 具有良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力，能够有效协调跨部门合作；
- 具备较强的风险控制意识和市场敏感度。 任职资格 1.本科以上学历，在金融-基金/证券/投资行业， 2.具备证券从业、基金从业、期货从业更佳。
