## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责公司内部渠道拓展、维护，推动渠道保费收入目标达成；
- 负责市场的开拓以及渠道关系维护，掌握专业化销售流程和业务实务操作方法，陪同展业促进业务达成；
- 负责续期业务推动及专业支持；
- 产品培训支持、相关契约、保全问题件沟通与跟踪。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历、年龄40周岁以下；
- 具有3年以上团体客户开发经验，有产险、养老险、银行、政府大客户销售经验优先；
- 勤奋、有责任心、积极进取，学习能力强，有良好的沟通协调能力和建立关系的能力；
- 有中介渠道资源和团险渠道资源、良好的社会关系、渠道关系者优先考虑；
