## Job description

岗位职责
- 在理赔业务系统中撰写理赔依据和审核思路，修整批单。
- 在相应核赔职级权限范围内，依据公司理赔案件处理规则，对理赔案件进行保险合同效力、保险责任范围、出险案由、事故性质、受益人身份和权利的认定并赔付金额理算。
- 收集反馈业务处理中发现的问题，提供对策依据。

- 支持并参与课件研发、案例编写及研讨、业务培训等项目性工作。 任职资格 1、本科以上学历，0-5年相关工作经验，具备丰富的医学、法律、保险等方面专业知识 2、有责任心，善于沟通协作，具有较强的抗压能力，有一定规划、解决问题能力
