## Job description

岗位职责 1、《基本法》及人员管理相关政策研究、宣导、落实推动； 2、专员队伍政策推动，应用情况分析及问题诊断，提交管理建议； 3、专员入离司流程管理； 4、专员档案资料及人员信息管理； 5、专员佣金发放管理及风险监控； 6、专员考核管理及组织架构关系维护； 7、落实个人信息保护要求及相关管理工作。 任职资格
- 专业不限;
- 性格开朗、乐于分享，对工作富有激情;
- 团队合作意识佳，学习能力强。
