## Job description

岗位职责

### 渠道维护与关系经营
- 负责与银行网点建立并维护良好的合作关系，确保业务顺利开展。

### 培训与辅导
- 对银行客户经理进行保险产品知识、销售技能及合规操作的培训。

### 客户服务与售后
- 协助处理客户的理赔服务等售后事宜，提升客户满意度。

### 合规风控
- 确保展业行为合法合规，防范风险，提升客户满意度。 任职资格

### 基本条件
- 本科及以上学历，具备2年以上从事银行对公业务的经验。

### 专业能力
- 熟悉团体保险产品，具备良好的沟通协调能力和抗压能力，客户服务能力及业务公关能力强。

### 合规意识
- 熟悉保险监管政策与公司内控制度，具备较强合规意识与风险识别能力；无不良信用记录，无金融违法违规记录。
