## Job description

岗位职责
- 承接维护分行私行客户，建立和维护高净值客户群，保持客户资产规模及取得增长，增加营收、提高客户忠诚度；
- 增加私钻客户，促进潜力客户升级；
- 以客户为中心，不断挖掘和满足客户需求，为客户提供个性化的投资建议、财富分析和规划，做好客户的风险偏好、财务状况评估，向客户推荐合适的产品；
- 全方面满足客户需求，以资产配置方式，通过精准KYC向客户推荐合适的产品，促进客户在我行资产提升；
- 积极配合和参与私行团队管理，避免业务冲突，提供合理化建议，保持积极向上的团队氛围；
- 贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保团队有品质的持续经营，提升客户满意度并积极处理客户投诉。 任职资格 1、本科学历； 2、1-3年相关工作经验； 3、具有杰出的领悟、规划策划、分析并解决问题能力，杰出的沟通协作、担当精神，杰出的执行力，杰出的结果导向型思维，坚持到底，保证产出，本职外愿意额外承担工作，杰出的抗压耐力，具有丰富的专业知识储备。
