## Job description

### 岗位职责 （一）学历

全日制本科及以上学历，理工科优先；优秀者可放宽至全日制大专。 （二）年龄：35周岁以下； （三）从业经验：司龄1年以上，有销售、推动和内务工作经验者优先； （四）能力：具有较强的组织协调能力、推动、管理能力； （五）特别优秀者且有极大兴趣者，上述条件可适当放宽。 任职资格
- 学习了解并掌握创展渠道基本法、渠道发展模型、考核重点和重点工作事项；
- 了解部门、机构所有业务团队长发展现状；协助渠道完成各项指标推动和追踪；
- 续保过程管理和指标率值提升、其他渠道部门长交代的重点指标数据通报和追踪；
- 完成渠道月度费用报销处理、各项事务性协调工作；合规管理和咨诉对接处理；
- 其他领导交办的重要工作。
