## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责平安集团级跨业务单元大促及常态化营销玩法的策划与落地。
- 围绕拉新、促活、交叉渗透和转化目标，设计签到、任务、抽奖、集卡等玩法。
- 负责活动全链路C端体验设计，提升用户参与度、活跃度和业务转化。
- 将活动玩法沉淀为模板、组件及可配置的B端通用能力。
- 协同业务、运营、设计、研发、数据等团队，推动活动上线及效果复盘。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上C端产品、活动产品或用户增长产品经验。
- 有大型营销活动、平台级大促或互动玩法项目经验。
- 具备较好的C端产品感觉，同时具备一定的B端产品抽象能力。
- 数据敏感，具备较强的跨团队协同和复杂项目推动能力。
