## Job description

岗位职责
- 主动开发并维护所在区域优质客户资源，负责公司债、ABS、银行间债务融资工具、IPO再融资等股债项目的承揽；
- 利用直营资源，聚焦所在区域央企、市区属国企、其他企业和上市公司，承揽并服务客户；
- 对接集团内各个专业子公司，挖掘获客渠道，联合开发并落地证券投行项目；
- 推动项目落地执行，衔接项目承做，与内部质控、内核、合规等部门保持良好沟通，并与地方金融监管局、证监局和交易所等主管部门保持有效互动，确保项目的执业质量和合法合规；
- 按照团队各项工作部署完成下达的任务。 任职资格
- 硕士及以上学历，经济、金融、财务相关专业优先；
- 具备投行相关工作经验，曾完整参与债券、ABS、股权投行或非标类项目运作的优先；
- 有一定的业务拓展能力，具备良好的商务谈判、融资方案设计、沟通协调能力，熟悉多种投融资产品；
- 具备直营客户资源优先；
- 具备团队协作精神，有较强的事业心和进取精神，主观能动性强，结果导向，能够承受较大的业绩压力和频繁出差。
