## Job description

岗位职责
- 承接维护高价值客户，通过管户经营促进潜力客户升级；
- 全方位满足客户金融需求，为客户提供高端资产配置建议、财富分析和规划，做好客户风险偏好、财富状况评估；
- 积极推动银保、基金等金融产品销售，帮助团队达成AUM、存款、营收等指标；
- 积极参与团队管理，协助团队完成客户沙龙活动的举办。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 金融业营销经验1年以上，过往业绩表现良好；
- 熟悉营销流程和银行零售产品，有一线销售经验，了解各类个人客户的金融需求，服务营销能力强；
- 持有基金从业资格证、AFP、CFP等理财专业证照者优先；
- 积极进取、抗压力强、系统思维、目标导向、沟通影响力强；
- 纪律及合规意识强，职业操守良好，品行端正，无违法记录或行业不良记录。
