## Job description

岗位职责

### 医学标准制定与更新
- 负责制定保险产品的医学标准，确保标准的科学性、合理性和可操作性，根据医学发展和行业动态，定期评估并优化现有医学标准。

### 诊疗合理性评估
- 对保险客户的医疗诊疗方案进行合理性评估，确保治疗方案符合医学规范和保险条款要求。

### 医学培训与指导
- 制定并实施医学培训计划，开发相关培训课程，确保培训内容的实用性和专业性。

### 技术支持与咨询
- 提供专业的医学技术支持，解答相关医学问题，确保决策的科学性和准确性。

### 沟通与合作
- 与医疗机构、行业协会及相关专家保持良好的沟通与合作关系，获取最新的医学信息和行业动态。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，临床医学专业，有肿瘤、重症医学临床经验者优先。
- 学习能力强，有一定文字功底，跨团队合作和沟通能力良好。
- 熟练使用常用office办公软件，善于使用AI工具。
- 工作态度踏实严谨、责任心强。
