## Job description

岗位职责 1.新契约、保全、理赔等各项业务申请材料审核、处理、复核工作；疑难问题、差异化问题的沟通解决；反洗钱信息的判断、录入。 2.客户、业务员、专员以及其他业务模块的沟通协调，追踪业务线及客户问题件反馈结果；受理业务线各类问题咨询与反馈。 任职资格 1.大专学历 2.0-0年相关工作经验 3.具有杰出的领悟、规划策划、分析并解决问题能力，杰出的沟通协作、担当精神，杰出的执行力，杰出的结果导向型思维，坚持到底，保证产出，本职外愿意额外承担工作，杰出的抗压耐力
