岗位职责 企划初级岗位负责下属医疗机构的预算审核、拆解经营目标，资源配置，后续的业绩达成的追踪、考核，需要频繁的和下属企业做沟通。 经营分析、重点项目的跟踪等。 任职资格 理解医疗机构的经营管理，在医疗机构BP工作经历（集团或医疗机构）； 有较强的数据分析功底、熟练应用Excel\PowerPoint等办公工具 扎实的财务基础，有业务Sense
