## Job description

岗位职责

### 协助机构经理管理工作，包括
- 政令传达、督办与反馈，与监管机关、公众媒体等公共关系的开拓、维护与协调以及公司整体后援保障工作的落实；
- 负责落实中支公司范围内的培训策划、组织、实施等工作；
- 负责机构各项指标的达成情况及追踪；
- 统筹管理机构对外监管及外联的各项事宜；
- 领导交办的其他任务。 任职资格 1.全日制本科及以上学历，有金融行业工作经验者优先； 2.具有较强的沟通能力和良好的服务意识。
