## Job description

岗位职责
- 统筹所对接保费调度、渠道运营等工作，指标达成监测、异常预警检视；
- 负责所对接寿险专业公司销售方案策划及关键指标达成；
- 负责综金车险板块研究、流程梳理、规则制定、落地推动等管理工作；
- 上级领导安排的其他相关工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 两年以上渠道管理及销售推动工作经验；
- 掌握保险专业知识，了解公司业务运作体系；
- 具备熟练的数据分析、科技运用能力，熟悉综金渠道业务推动模式，同时需具有较强的组织协调能力和完成任务的意识，以及较强的文字能力及沟通能力。
