## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责公司资产及费用各类日常、专项预算的编制、调整及优化；
- 审核各部门预算动支及报销事项；
- 对公司整体及各部门费用预算执行情况进行追踪、分析，异常情况提前预警，投产效果评估，确保预算执行的合理性和有效性；
- 对各类成本进行动态监控，按月上报各类成本及资本性支出滚动预测，定期进行成本分析和优化建议；
- 负责机构月结及年结工作，各类账务处理，异常数据及时清理，确保月结及年结账表的准确性和时效性；
- 税务管理及对外相关报表资料报送等；
- 与总公司财管工作的沟通、协调、问题反馈及处理；
- 领导安排的其他工作等。 任职资格

### 学历
- 大学本科以上学历，财管、会计、经济、金融、管理类相关专业；

### 相关经验
- 两年以上核算（预算、财务分析）或相关领域工作经验，熟练掌握常用的办公应用软件和数据处理工具，有保险企业财务工作经验或审计工作经验优先；

### 专业知识
- 熟悉国家相关财税制度，具有风险控制意识及发现问题、解决问题的能力，有中级会计师资格优先；

### 综合能力
- 工作积极主动、细致，对数字敏感，有强烈的责任心、结果导向的执行力、数据分析及报告撰写能力，具有良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。
